These terms explain the basic conditions that apply when you use TFT Note's team comp guides, tier lists, and Team Builder.

1. Nature of the service and acceptance of these terms
TFT Note is an unofficial information service for Teamfight Tactics ("TFT") players. It currently provides team comp information, tier lists, board positioning, and sharing tools without requiring an account or payment.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Relationship with Riot Games and intellectual property
TFT Note is not endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games and does not represent the views of Riot Games or anyone officially involved with Riot Games. Riot Games, Inc. owns the trademarks and intellectual property associated with Riot Games and its properties.
The service uses game assets and data only within the scope permitted by Riot Games' applicable policies. Rights in text, editorial work, interface design, and code created separately by TFT Note remain with their respective rights holders.
3. Accuracy of information and player judgment
Team comp information and recommendations may change or become outdated depending on the game patch, server region, and play environment. TFT Note does not guarantee completeness or any particular in-game result. You use the information at your own judgment and responsibility.
4. Board storage and shared links
Team Builder boards and certain settings are stored in your browser. When you use the sharing feature, board data is included in part of the link, and anyone who receives that link can view the board.
Do not put personal information, passwords, private strategies, or other sensitive information in a shared link. You are responsible for sharing and managing your links.
5. Prohibited use
- Violating applicable law or another person's rights
- Interfering with the security, stability, or normal operation of the service
- Placing an unreasonable load on the service through excessive automated requests
- Impersonating TFT Note or Riot Games in a misleading manner
- Commercially redistributing service content without the rights holder's permission
6. Changes to the service and these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service in response to operational, security, policy, or game-environment changes. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
7. Third-party services and limitation of liability
Third-party websites linked from the service, including Riot Games websites, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, TFT Note is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use or unavailability of this free service to the extent permitted by law. Rights that cannot be limited under applicable law are not affected.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Questions about these terms or the operation of the service can be sent to tftnote.contact@gmail.com.
